I got once the complete reverse. The Doc trying to downplay the thing by letting some uncomfortable jokes. Yeah I wasn't happy he telling me, he wanted to cut my leg. XD

The pink freckels are a bit too flashy. A little bit more and I was thinking it was blood. maybe make them less visible without removing the color initiale will give her a bit more natural looking on her. But overall you've done a good job here. Great clothing choice and well detailed, but yeah maybe those freckles aren't giving her any goods if it's as flashy.

You have a good point there, I think if I drew this design again, I'll defiantly tone down the freckles a little bit either make them a lighter pink or more skin toned. Thank you! ^u^
